OBJECTIVE To explore the extraction technology of paeoniae radix,brunellae cum fructu,ranunculus ternate,figwort root in the Chaifu Granules.METHODS The influence of dose of water,numbers and time of decoction to the extraction technology was evaluated by the extraction rate of Peony glucoside and ursolic acid through orthogonal experiments.RESULTS The best condition was that 8-fold volumes of water was added,refluxed and extracted twice.The extraction should lasted for 1.5h every time.CONCLUSION The extraction technology was rational
